- At the time a child enters a Bell Center program, he or she is evaluated by the staff to establish the child’s goals by discipline and then evaluated again on an annual basis at a cost of $75 for each evaluation.
- An annual supply fee of $50 is also required.
- Tuition for infants and toddlers in two-day classes is $75 a month;
- tuition for the four-day classes is $150 a month.
- Scholarships are available for qualifying families.
